Upon completion of this course, the student will understand the SAP transactions used by the Accounts Receivable and Credit Departments and will be able to:
Set up Customer Master records
View or change customer credit data
Release an order from credit hold
Post incoming payments against customer invoices
Clear open items
Reset or reverse cleared items
Create and print debit and credit memos
Look up documents posted to a customer's account
Print or view a customer invoice
Use the Aging Report to view invoices past due
